Home Perspectives is an interior & exterior renovation company based in Toronto, Ontario and servicing most of the Greater Toronto Area since 2008, founded by Keith Rout, who has been in the business for over 20 years. 

Keith started to get his feet wet in the business with his Grandfather at the young age of eleven. Keith would go door to door delivering business flyers and his Grandfather would pay him five cents for each flyer delivered. It wasn't long before Keith was working with his Grandfather who did mostly exterior porches, foundation, concrete and masonry work on houses, then moving on and working with his Uncle who did general interior and exterior renovations in both houses and condominiums, this experience gave Keith a well rounded perspective of renovations, literally from the foundation up!

Today, Keith has experience working on just about every aspect of the interior & exterior of your home and his goal to treat your home as if it was his own.

Keith also has a passion for interior design and offers design consultation services to help walk you through the sometimes daunting process of picking the right finishes for your project.

We have a great professional team of qualified, skilled and licensed tradespeople who will carry out the work for you and for your protection, all of our work is covered by our two-million dollars in liability insurance and all of our workers are covered by the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (W.S.I.B.), so that in the event of an accident, both the homeowner and our workers are fully covered.
